Payroll Administrator

As a Payroll Administrator at Rad Resources, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll changes, linking employees to positions, cost centers, and correct reporting managers. You will also implement medical aid changes on payroll based on provided action or effective dates. Additionally, you will liaise with Makoti and Discovery for payroll, billing, or membership queries. Your tasks will include collating and processing payroll data for import templates, handling all payroll administration tasks, including payments and transfers to beneficiaries, and processing provident fund withdrawal forms for terminating employees. You will also track garnishees, court orders, and monthly payroll inputs for HR, prepare dummy payslips for onboarding, increases, restructuring, and exits, conduct manual tax calculations for PAYE-related queries, update job grades and hierarchical structures as required, load new employees into payroll, linking them to correct job grades, benefits, managers, and cost centers, address employee queries and ensure timely resolutions, and submit ad-hoc/incentive/bonus runs to payroll providers as per business timelines. You will also support UIF administration and payroll tax advisory services for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
