HR Generalist Administrator Opportunity

Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Generalist Administrator to join their team in Pretoria on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engagement and termination packs
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes
  • Capture and manage payroll data
  • Manage grievances and disciplinaries
  • Prepare and present reports
  • Coordinate roadshows and training sessions
  • Administer leave and manage employee orientation
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Tertiary HR-related qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in HR generalist roles
  • Labour relations/Industrial Relations experience
  • Proficiency in HR systems, including Oracle
  • Knowledge of EE, labour legislation, performance management systems, and payroll processes
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ethical and professional
  • Deadline-driven and innovative
  • Detail-oriented and a problem solver
  • Valid driver's license and clear credit and criminal records
