Job Title: Senior HR Administrator/Generalist

The Senior HR Administrator/Generalist plays a vital role in overseeing the management of all aspects of human resources, including contract administration, payroll management, and disciplinary procedures. This position requires a reliable individual capable of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee contracts to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Handle disciplinary processes as necessary, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions and initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate communication within the HR team and across departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information.
  • Balance various HR responsibilities under tight deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MUST be proficient in SimplePay.
  • Experience in HR administration or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in conducting employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Understanding of performance management processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills for data management and reporting.
  • Experience with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Time management skills to prioritize HR tasks effectively.
Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a generalist role, with a focus on payroll management and compliance.
