Sales and Trade Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Pretoria, covering Pretoria, Midrand, Muldersdrift, and Bryanston. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in the formal on-trade channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage channel-specific availability targets to elevate brand equity and drive sales volume.
- Execute promotions that align with brand equity standards, ensuring optimal brand-channel synergy.
- Maintain accurate coding of all outlets and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Engage with consumers across all touchpoints, gathering data aligned with target demographics.
About You
- You hold a 3-year tertiary education and possess 2-3 years of relevant experience within FMCG/Food & Beverage, specifically in the HORECA/Formal On Trade channel.
- You have sales experience within the region specific to the role and possess product, service knowledge, and understanding of category management.
- You are computer literate, able to conceptualize and negotiate, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills and creativity.
- You are a team player, comfortable working weekends/evenings, and able to work independently using initiative.
