Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Developer to join our team at CTU Career Chatz. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities.
About the Role- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and email correspondence;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to pursue new sales opportunities;
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email and phone;
- Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and CTU Career Chatz;
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals;
- Gather market and customer information to inform sales strategies;
- Represent CTU Career Chatz at industry events and trade exhibitions;
- Address customer objections and concerns to achieve sales goals;
- Keep customers informed about upcoming product developments and promotions;
- Record sales data and report on performance to management;
- Analyze sales performance and strive to meet or exceed targets;
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions;
- Provide accurate cost calculations and offer competitive quotations;
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Proven track record of sales success, with 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing;
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics and market requirements;
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Computer proficiency and CRM system experience;
- Consultative approach to sales, focusing on customer needs;
- High energy level and drive to achieve sales targets;
- Assertiveness and ability to handle rejection;
- Technical knowledge and proficiency in sales tools and software;
- Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to think critically;
- Initiative and self-motivation to take ownership of sales objectives;
- Motivation to continuously learn and improve sales techniques;
- Sensitivity to customer needs and preferences;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
