Role Overview
Performer Recruitment and Consulting seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to join its team in Pretoria, covering Pretoria, Midrand, Muldersdrift, and Bryanston. - Ensure precise execution of brand availability across channels.
- Elevate brand equity as a primary catalyst for all initiatives and engagements.
- Innovate to amplify sales volume.
- Channelize brand prioritization to maximize volume.

- Promotions and Brand Visibility
- Execute promotions in alignment with brand equity standards.
- Channelize promotions for optimal brand-channel synergy.
- Implement the National Promotions Strategy meticulously.
- Monitor and optimize promotion ROI.
- Enhance brand visibility via imagery, displays, and merchandising.
- Operational Excellence
- Methodically administer and update call cycles.
- Achieve 100% adherence to the call cycle.
- Ensure accurate coding of all outlets.
- Fulfill all requirements during representative calls.
- Timely completion of administrative and reporting tasks.
- Consumer Interaction
- Responsibly engage with consumers across all touchpoints.
- Gather consumer data aligned with target demographics.
- Relay consumer insights and expectations effectively.
- Financial Asset Management
- Adhere to quantity and cycle discount parameters.
- Prompt completion and submission of PODs and credit notes.
- Maintain and upkeep company vehicles.
- Manage vehicle mileage within budgetary limits.
- Responsible handling of promotional stock.
Requirements
- 3-Year Tertiary Education (Beneficial)
- 2-3 Years Relevant Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage, specifically in the HORECA/Formal On Trade channel.
- Sales Experience within the Region Specific to the Role is Required.
- Product, Service Knowledge, and Understanding of Category Management
- Knowledge of Marketing and Accounting Principles
- Computer Literate
- Ability to Conceptualize and Negotiate
- Customer Orientation
- Sound Interpersonal Skills and Creativity (Big Picture Thinking)
- Team Player and Ability to Work Independently Using Initiative
- Comfortable to Work Weekends/Evenings
