About This Job

In this role, you will contribute to the adoption and application of NIQ Consumer solutions, supporting Consultants to profitably grow customer loyalty and drive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with Retail Intelligence Teams and NielsenIQ Sales Teams to deliver Retail Intelligence insights and action-oriented solutions to clients.
  • Support Consultants in elaborating analysis and preparing presentations of insights.
  • Ensure Retail Intelligence insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to clients by being a Retail Intelligence expert with the ability to explain methodology behind key analytics to clients.
  • Autonomously interact with client staff on basic and advanced Retail Intelligence client needs.
  • Collaborate with other NielsenIQ teams to provide holistic support to clients.
  • Demonstrate high standards of performance and promote a strong team environment.
Requirements
  • Statistics, Economics, or Marketing graduate with Honours/Master's level preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and consumer data, confidence, and capability for data analysis and interest in dealing with data.
  • Client-facing and communication/presentation skills, deliver research results to stakeholders on the client's side in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates within a virtual environment.
  • Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities, ability to adapt to complex and changing organizations, ability to manage time schedules.
  • 1-3 years of experience in FMCG and client dynamics.
  • Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
