Customer Success Representative

At OneDayOnly Offers (Pty) Ltd, we're on a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support.
As a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of our dynamic team that drives customer success during our busiest periods. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our deals and products.
- Collaborate with the Buying Team to obtain product information and resolve customer queries.
- Identify and escalate customer trends and product-related issues to relevant departments.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
