We are seeking an action orientated, team player to fill the Customer Experience Growth Manager role at Isilumko Staffing.

Duties:

  • Assist in executing the vision and strategy for the growth of our company.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to improve the experience for partners and project rollouts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer services.
  • Project management skills, with a proven ability to lead initiatives.
  • Business judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to establish priorities.
  • Passion for Problem Solving, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders in a constantly evolving environment with tight deadlines.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
