At Carlysle Human Capital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role will be to achieve profitable sales growth through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. As a Strategic Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in achieving profit budgets, negotiating trades, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. If you have a strong understanding of exports and logistics, excellent negotiation skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving, then this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitable growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate trades and contracts with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
