Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Carlysle Human Capital.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving profit budgets, identifying market opportunities, and negotiating sales deals. They will also maintain strong relationships with clients, comply with regulatory requirements, and work within company logistical and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual profit budgets by setting targets in consultation with the Managing Director.
  • Seek and identify opportunities in the market through research and analysis.
  • Negotiate sales deals using effective negotiation and sales skills.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through relationship building and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with market regulations and company policies.
  • Work effectively within company logistical and financial controls.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of exports and logistics.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Good understanding of FMCG products.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze numbers.
  • Working knowledge of INCO terms on both a buying and selling basis.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to show initiative and take ownership of tasks.
  • Maturity and professionalism when dealing with diverse customer groups.
  • Broad perspective with attention to detail.
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
