The Marketing Performance Analyst will be a key member of the Initiate International team, responsible for driving data-driven decision making and optimizing customer acquisition efforts across digital and traditional channels. This role will focus on turning data into actionable insights, ensuring marketing spend delivers the best possible return, and shaping strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to measure and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate clear insights to the team, using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer acquisition channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and affiliate marketing, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition, product, and analytics teams to develop and implement data-driven acquisition strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance analysis, preferably in digital/acquisition marketing.
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • In-depth experience with PPC, SEO, paid social, and affiliate marketing, along with a strong grasp of CPA, ROAS, and FTD metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Salesforce, SEMRush, or SimilarWeb, and tracking technologies.
