Job Summary

The Lead Banker for the China-Africa corridor origination is responsible for driving the growth of event business activity for a specific client and/or client set assigned to them. Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and manage client relationships across the bank's solutions to drive financial performance.

  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders to support thought leadership and innovative practice solutions.
  • Apply a customer-centric approach to create a positive experience for clients by maximizing service and/or product offerings.
  • Manage teams in areas of responsibility to deliver against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar environment, with 3-4 years directly working with the management of Chinese multinational corporations.
  • Mandarin language proficiency - speak, read, and write.
