Key Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Supervisor will be responsible for providing oversight on retail sales and driving sales to individuals, corporates, and enterprise sales in all China sending countries.

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager-China Market and is responsible for:

  • Generating sales through agent army
  • Marketing enterprise and corporate products, including marketing collateral in all sending countries
  • Promoting brand awareness and managing brand partnerships and verticals
  • Internal liaison for SMH and Group Marketing
  • Growing transactions for products in all China sending countries
  • Sales and market operations to support sales and marketing
  • Traveling domestically and internationally to expand the China market and collaborate with country managers
Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and advice to agents
  • Analyzing and monitoring transaction statistics
  • Motivating and strategizing with the agent army
  • Activating agents for new corridors
  • Ensuring sufficient marketing collateral stock is available
  • Engaging with potential customers and marketing the enterprise product
  • Maintaining the Mukuru brand and standards
  • Engaging with ex-pat communities to understand their remittance needs
  • Evaluating the viability of potential new corridors
  • Engaging in new business development and projects for new potential corridors
  • Conducting marketing research and writing reports in BIP markets
  • Conducting field work in all China sending countries
  • Activating various requests
  • Managing marketing collateral and sales stock
  • Effectively managing the sales budget
  • Monitoring targets and budgets for alignment
  • Curating weekly sales statistics
  • Gathering and presenting location-specific sales information
  • Generating weekly travel plans
  • Generating weekly reports
  • Liaising with HR to resolve staff issues
  • Solving escalated queries
  • Assisting with the recruitment of new sales agents
  • Ensuring staff have sufficient training before commencing employment
  • Liaising with community associations
  • Liaising with chambers of commerce
  • Liaising with relevant organizations
