We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an EPM Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations for Oracle EPM Cloud.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive long-term success.
  • Work with a variety of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Our Sales Specialist roles combine new business development, expansion, renewals, and account management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in finance, with a strong understanding of Oracle EPM and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Experience leveraging social media to drive prospects and customer engagement.
  • Experience selling high-end Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions or consulting services to large enterprises.
  • 5+ years of validated sales experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) cloud solutions.
  • Experience selling to senior-level business owners (head of business unit) or IT Directors is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
