Job Title: Office Manager

As an Office Manager at HR Genie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

Office and Boardroom Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging food and beverages within budget.
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies, including beverages and cleaning materials.
  • Ensure the office and boardrooms are maintained to a high standard, aligning with our company's mission and vision.
  • Manage and update the boardroom calendar, ensuring it is always up-to-date and accurate.
People Management
  • Communicate effectively with department heads and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities of the office cleaners, ensuring the office and boardrooms are always clean and tidy.
  • Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Encourage a healthy and productive work environment, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
Operational Support
  • Arrange couriers and other logistical support as needed.
  • Ensure the extension list for Office staff is continuously updated, liaising with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
