Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at HandPicked Recruitment. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including filing, typing, and formatting documents
  • Book flights and manage travel arrangements for team members
  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments
  • Maintain the reception area and conference rooms, ensuring they are tidy and presentable
  • Handle office supplies and replenish them as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
