Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hutech Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Financial Manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Assist in various projects, providing administrative support and ensuring timely completion.
  • Deal with all secretarial and administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 (required)
  • Afrikaans and English proficiency
  • Relevant Diploma in Office administration, Business Administration, or Secretarial Support (an advantage)
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Manager assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Pastel (Accounting and Payroll)
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel
