Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to provide administrative support to our financial advisor. Key responsibilities include managing the advisor’s diary, performing general office duties, and ensuring client filing is up-to-date. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing client queries, gathering information for client meetings, and implementing client proposals.

• Assist the financial advisor with administrative tasks, including managing the advisor’s diary and performing general office duties.
• Ensure client filing is up-to-date and accurate, both online and in physical files.
• Manage client queries and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Gather and prepare information for client meetings, including reviews, proposals, and implementations.
• Implement client proposals and submit applications as required.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the financial advisor.

The ideal candidate will have experience assisting an advisor with an investment focus and be comfortable using Excel and Outlook. Basic knowledge of financial services and products is also desirable.
