Office Administrator: Office of the Directors

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at the Office of the Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Directors, including secretarial, administrative, logistical, and financial administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Directors' diaries, ensuring they are kept informed of all engagements.
* Handle incoming calls, screening and managing them according to the Directors' requirements.
* Record messages accurately and timeously.
* Respond to queries by providing the required information.
* Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations.
* Provide secretariat support for the Directors' meetings, including taking minutes and agendas.
* Edit and format submissions, memos, and other documents on behalf of the Directors.
* Maintain workflow and filing systems electronically and manually.
* Track progress of actions, issue reminders, and provide feedback to the Directors.
Requirements:
* Grade 12 Senior Certificate (NQF 4).
* Basic knowledge and understanding of the Public Finance Management Act.
* Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and ability to work with teams.
* Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
Competencies:
* Administrative skills, communication skills, and minutes-taking skills.
* Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and email.
* Events coordination, general office administration, document and file management, and planning and organizing skills.
