Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Flair TM. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities- Diary Management: Manage the diary of our management team, ensuring that all meetings, appointments, and correspondence are accurately recorded and followed up on.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and follow-up actions are completed.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including the preparation of detailed itineraries.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support with payroll, expense reports, and insurance claims.
- Confidentiality and Deadlines: Maintain confidentiality and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Qualifications: A Grade 12 certificate is required, and a Diploma in Office/Business Administration is advantageous.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, with 2-3 years of experience assisting a management team or similar role, and proven experience with international travel arrangements.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Pastel (preferred), and excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Initiative, Attention to Detail, and Multitasking: Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
