  2. Provide guidance and support to dealership partners to help them meet sales targets and maintain brand standards.
Network Expansion and Optimization:
  1. Oversee the expansion of the dealership network, ensuring that new dealerships meet operational standards and customer expectations.
  2. Optimize existing dealership operations for efficient sales processes, after-sales services, and compliance with company guidelines.
Training and Support:
  1. Develop training programs for dealership staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
Compliance and Brand Alignment:
  1. Ensure all dealerships adhere to the company's policies, legal regulations, and brand guidelines.
Reporting and Feedback:
  1. Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of dealership network development.
