Required Skills and Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in Business Development (Hunting role) in the Aggregate or related Commodity Sales Industry experience.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF DRIVING RESULTS AND ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS.
  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis and Delivery Requirements.
  • Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills.
  • MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS (WRITTEN AND VERBAL).
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
