About the Role:
We seek an accomplished Business Development Manager with extensive networks and a proven track record of sales in the surveillance industry. The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious, and skilled in identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing own leads through professional networking and targeted cold calling at the C-suite and executive level
- Qualifying prospects to identify potential clients
- Presenting the value proposition and understanding client needs during meetings
- Liaising with DeepAlert Client Services to arrange trials for prospective clients
- Managing trial processes and closing sales
- Negotiating large contracts with clients
- Reporting sales activity and revenue targets via the CRM system
- Representing the company at industry events and functions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in surveillance sales with a proven sales growth record
- In-depth understanding of CCTV and video management systems
- Familiarity with the SaaS model in surveillance and techniques for selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
