What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities and drive growth as a key player in our Sales Development Department.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that resonate with prospects.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to set up high-value meetings for the Sales team.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms to track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in phone-based outreach and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Schedule and Compensation
- Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM PST (US)
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus commissions.
