The Role

This is an opportunity to transition into a Team Lead role for one of our tech customers, where you can leverage your sales experience to generate high-quality pipeline and contribute to new logo acquisition.

We're looking for an aspiring individual to join our team on one of our tech software clients. When you join, you'll go through our Go-to-Market Academy training program, an elite entry-level business program to kick-start your sales career.

In this role, you'll be responsible for executing the outbound strategy of a successful next-gen intranet platform, where you'll be focused on reaching out to C-level executives at enterprise companies.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the FinTech & SaaS space in different markets across EMEA
  2. Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential customers that match our customer's ideal customer profile
  3. Identify and understand the right people to reach out to, and engage them to secure initial meetings or product demos
  4. Schedule and join meetings and demos with prospects
  5. Refine and improve your sales techniques and knowledge of our customer's enterprise platform
  6. Collaborate with our customers and contribute to tactics and strategy of target campaigns

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably sales-related
  • Strong interest in sales, SaaS & FinTech, and Startups
  • High energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
  • South African Citizen
