Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Meondoholdings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and establishing new clients through proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Developing and presenting proposals to potential and existing clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and chasing new leads, and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate quotes are provided to all customers.
  • Administering tender documents and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 qualification.
  • Relevant qualification in Sales / Marketing is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Code 08 driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong English language skills (fully fluent).
  • Experience in the cleaning / security industry is highly desirable.
