About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Isilumko Staffing. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Manage and execute sales projects from start to finish, including project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, including their goals, challenges, and pain points
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • No less than 6-8 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
