Bright City Talent Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion at Bright City Talent. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this individual is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities that align with the company's sales strategy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ consultative sales strategies to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, resulting in revenue protection and growth.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, leveraging effective sales methodologies and CRM data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and sales strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to driving revenue growth.
  • Requirements:
    • Degree or similar tertiary education
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, achieving sales targets
    • Experience working in a B2B sales environment, employing consultative or solution selling
    • Excellent communication, time management, and planning skills

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, who is motivated by results and enjoys engaging with customers daily.
