Conference Coordinator Role

At Business Solutions SA, we are seeking a skilled Conference Coordinator to lead our conference development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying topics, researching markets, and working with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key subjects and hot topics within a particular industry or sector.
  • Gather competitor intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of a conference topic.
  • Develop and finalise the conference programme within stipulated timelines.
  • Work with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of the event.
