About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to join our team. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients in the travel industry. You will work in an Omnichannel environment, servicing customers across the globe in English. Our thorough and rewarding training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the industry
  • GDS experience mandatory
  • Airline and ticketing experience mandatory
  • Fare rules, including updates and voiding
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry and ability to handle multiple codes and fares

The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, responding to emails, chats, and telephonic enquiries during their shift. They will be proactive, an independent thinker, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
