About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custom Clearance Specialist to join our team at PRR Recruitment Services. As a Custom Clearance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth export of goods to Namibia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export documents to Namibia
- Receive and process invoices
- Declaration of road transport documents using Easy Clear programme
- Declaration of road transport documents using Assycuda (Namibia)
- Submit border documents to SARS customs
- Generate and print manifests, ensuring all VAT payments, permits, and other necessary documents are accurate and complete before the driver leaves the depot
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also have a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.
