Key Account Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategic account plans
  • Regularly review sales performance, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales
New Business Development
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the confectionery market
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and market gaps
  • Set ambitious sales targets and monitor progress, taking corrective actions as necessary
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management

Estimated Salary: R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience
