Kaelo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chairman. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the RoleThe Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chairman, including handling a wide range of tasks such as travel arrangements, calendar management, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with special projects, including event planning and research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion.
