Administrative Support Professional

At BGA Recruitment, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to join our team in a dynamic executive level role.
Located in the Sandton office of our client, a multinational company, this position offers a unique opportunity to work with a high-profile executive and contribute to the success of the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a Tertiary Undergraduate Degree and have excellent administrative skills, including diary management, travel arrangements, and personal affairs coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Diary of the Executive Director
- Coordinate his travel arrangements
- Assist with personal matters
- Work hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, on-site only

- Able to handle high levels of stress and pressure
- Exemplary communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
