Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Google Expert

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with expertise in Google advertising to join our team at Ad Talent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' sales experience in the digital marketing industry and a proven track record of reaching targets and showing positive growth.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $90,000 and $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:Responsibilities
  1. Sales Ability: Consistently close sales and contribute to the company's bottom line by adding sustainable growth.
  2. Scoping: Scope leads and opportunities that are in line with the company's ideal client profile and ensure that growth achieved is sustainable long-term.
  3. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed both individual and company targets as defined by management.
  4. Sales Execution: Deeply understand the company's offerings, articulate their value to prospective clients, and integrate services into client strategies to achieve objectives.
  5. New Client Acquisition: Skillfully mine leads, clients, and referrals. Prepare compelling proposals and onboard clients, adhering to the company's standards and value thresholds.
  6. Lead Management: Ensure timely and professional communication with leads, adhering to the company's high standards for client engagement.
  7. Relationship-Building: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with all clients and partners, ensuring a steady stream of new business to the company.
  8. Reporting: Provide comprehensive weekly reports to the Head of Business Development, detailing performance metrics and insights.
  9. Onboarding Excellence: Manage client onboarding processes diligently, including agreement facilitation and workflow establishment.
  10. Collaborative Efforts: Maintain productive relationships with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure seamless client management.
  11. Compliance and Enforcement: Ensure valid client contracts are in place for all new clients before work commences and that all company processes are diligently followed.
  12. Innovation and Attraction: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract the right clients to the company.
  13. Continuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing self-education in current technologies and trends, keeping all relevant certifications up-to-date.
