PA / Administration Clerk (Accounting Firm)
About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and organised Office Administrator to join our client's proactive team in George.
Reporting directly to the management, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including general office duties, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and company documents.
- Prepare quotations and other business-related documents as required.
- Develop and implement effective systems to improve productivity and efficiency within the office.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting firm.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Sage Pastel, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have own transport to and from work.
- The ideal candidate should be a resident of George, with immediate start requirements.
