HR and Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at R.A.W. GROUP.
Estimated Annual Salary:R550,000 - R650,000.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full payroll function for multiple entities, as well as assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
This includes processing monthly and weekly payrolls, completing statutory returns, handling garnishees, and maintaining employee data. You will also be responsible for checking payroll variances, preparing payroll files for finance, and producing reports for month-end.
Requirements- 4-5 years' experience in a full-function payroll for 250+ employees
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification
- Post-secondary education in HR, Finance, or Payroll
- Sage VIP knowledge
- Strong understanding of statutory payments and returns
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
