Business Process Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage office supplies, and maintain a well-organized and presentable workspace.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in our systems, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy, ensuring easy retrieval of information when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Estimated Salary: R140,000 - R170,000 per annum.
