We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to join our client company's team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance and drive business success.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, scheduling training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing the training budget, sourcing training materials, and providing administrative support as needed. To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of the Wholesale and Retail industry. W&RSETA knowledge is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is R 17,000 - R 21,000 per month, plus benefits including provident fund, medical aid contributions, group risk, and disability cover.
