- Experience: Previous experience managing distributors is essential, with previous experience in the laboratory or sciences industry and export sales experience in Africa being advantageous.
- Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, time management and planning skills, and computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
