Regional Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Regional Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans for key accounts within pharmacies and wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including buyers and wholesalers.
- Manage and negotiate trade terms, discounts, and rebates with key customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales results, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales and Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and key account management, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
