Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

A Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is required by Emporium Human Capital to manage business relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion within commercial banking sectors.
Key Objectives
- To foster long-term partnerships with commercial clients and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and market research.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of commercial clients' businesses and operations to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
Main Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with commercial clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their business performance.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse financial data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Must have 7-10 years' experience in Sales / Relationship Management / Business Management in a Banking environment.
- Must have been exposed to Agriculture and Commercial clients.
