About the Role

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience within a Banking Service Industry, with a focus on Customer Relationship Management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  1. Market Network Development: Identify opportunities to build and optimize market networks, driving business growth and expansion.
  2. Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to stay ahead of the competition, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Deal Negotiation and Closure: Utilize your sales acumen to negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for both parties.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Banking is required, with a postgraduate qualification preferred. A FAIS recognized qualification with a minimum of 120 credits and RE5/1 Certificate completed is necessary for this role.
