We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Orion Minerals. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role in the mining industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the on-boarding process, managing on-boarding files, and coordinating medical requirements. They will also assist with contractor file management, site recruitment, and provide ad hoc HR support. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF level 6) or a Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF level 7). A valid driver's license and own transport are essential. At least 5 years' experience in HR-related roles is required, with experience in the mining industry being advantageous.

Estimated Salary: R650,000 - R850,000 per annum

This salary estimate is based on the location of Northern Cape and the industry standard for HR professionals with similar experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects the value we place on our employees.
