Human Resources Management Professional

At Unitrans, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Management Professional to join our team.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Updating internal databases with relevant information such as leave and benefits.
- Preparing and reviewing HR documents including employment contracts and recruitment guides.
In addition, the Human Resources Management Professional will assist HR staff with administrative tasks and may be responsible for advising on company benefits policy, including pension, housing, medical aid, leave, and other benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage provident fund withdrawals and death claims.
- Handle queries related to provident funds, medical aid, and National Bargaining Council agreements.
- Liaise with families and beneficiaries.
- Rend consultative services to all employees on HR practices.
- Promote continuous training and updates on HR processes.
- Provide HR support and ensure accessibility to all employees.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A 4-year degree or equivalent (NQF level 7).
- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
