We are seeking an experienced Diesel/Tractor Mechanic to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd. As a qualified professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair diesel and tractor equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication checks
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, utilizing knowledge of engine systems and mechanics
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
  • Communicate positively with customers, providing excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Red Seal qualification in Diesel/Tractor Mechanics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with agricultural machinery
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak season times
  • Experience working with Hi-Spec machinery
