Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, training, and development of individuals within the new sales teams
  • Planning and coordination of all functions related to achieving growth budgets and general management duties
  • Leading new sales within each region
  • Sales and campaign planning
  • Management reporting
  • Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Preparing action plans by individuals and teams for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Conducting one-on-one reviews with Account Executives to build effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for improvement of sales and activity performance
  • Assisting Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Accurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports

  • Good prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • CRM expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Trax and Voxzal
