As a Strategic Business Growth Manager at HR Genie, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and advisor growth. This position involves collaborating with the Advisory Sales Executive to develop business development strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute group-related initiatives to support revenue growth, including cross-selling, AUA conversion, and GC improvement.
  • Work closely with advisors to ensure they maximize platform features for client engagement and portfolio management.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and improvement strategies to advisors, ensuring consistent progress towards ASE goals.

Main Focus Areas:

  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the ASE to increase revenue for a list of 22 advisors by the target percentage annually.
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Develop business development plans aligned with company growth objectives and conduct market analysis insights to identify trends and guide decision-making.
  • Advisor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong advisor relationships, fostering loyalty and strategic alignment with the firm's goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on sales, business development, or advisor management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
