About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced customer success professional to lead our customer success team, focusing on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
This challenging role requires a skilled leader who can develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy, leveraging expertise in customer success principles, leadership, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Success Strategy:
- Design and implement a customer success strategy aligned with Logimeter's growth and retention objectives.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that monitor onboarding, customer adoption, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and empower the customer success team to achieve superior results.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team.
- Customer Onboarding:
- Optimise the onboarding process to ensure seamless transitions between teams and enable customers to derive quick value from our solutions.
- Proactively engage customers to drive high levels of product usage and satisfaction.
Revenue Growth through Customer Expansion:
- Collaborate with the new business team to identify opportunities for expanding customer spend.
- Partner with the sales team to convert these opportunities into tangible outcomes.
